The book is also available in paperback form. For screen viewing, we recommend the HTML format for a few reasons. It is very convenient to use since it displays in your internet browser - Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc. The Table of Contents is a table of links to those locations in the document, and each section ends with a navigation link back to the table. This makes it very easy to quickly go to the section you wish to view. The layout is also printer-friendly.

As we are currently using PayPal's email notification system to process online payments, it is necessary for us to wait for an email from them confirming your payment before we can send your order. Upon confirmation from PayPal, all orders will be sent via email attachment in the format you have requested. Though this will probably only take a few hours, please allow up to 1 business day for email delivery. For physical delivery of the paperback version, please allow 2-3 weeks. All customers who order the paperback version will also receive an emailed version.
